This high visibility mixed-use development for the Green Bay Packers consists of a variety of residential, office, and commercial uses that caps the Titletown development that emanates from Lambeau Field. The podium is a significant raised open space that occurs over surface parking and becomes a commons of sort for the adjacent residential and office uses. It is accessed from the south via a terrace and stepped platform that connects a ground-level plaza with the podium open space. Public art and outdoor event programming will activate these three levels. Amenities such as outdoor movie screens, fire pits, outdoor bleachers, and many other temporary features will be essential to program the spaces throughout the year. Rooftop trees and pergolas will provide areas of shade for passive use as well as planned events. The spatial variety and easy access contribute to the livability of this portion of the neighborhood. Townhouses along Brookwood Drive will serve as a transition between the activity of the plaza and the community of single-family homes to the south, knitting together Titletown and the adjacent neighborhood. The tree-lined street edge is designed for comfortable walkability, bicycling, and convenient pull off. This development will be unique to the overall Titletown development as it will be used more by the office workers and residents than the general public at most times of the year. This unique project will be studied and considered by other professional sports teams in the US and around the world.
